Data is only accessible by other users within the same company, based on the permissions granted by your company administrator.

• Monthly or yearly subscriptions via Google Play
• One-time «lifetime» licenses
• External manual payments (upon coordination)

We do not store credit card or banking details. External payments are verified using activation codes and linked to specific users or companies.

2.2. License of Use

The developer grants the user a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the app on compatible devices, solely for business-related inventory management and functions provided by the plan purchased.

2.3. Appropriate Use

Users agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly. The following actions are prohibited:

• Manipulating or viewing other companies’ data
• Unauthorized access to premium features
• Injecting malware or reverse engineering the app

2.4. Licensing and Payments

Access to advanced features requires a valid license or subscription. These may be acquired through:

• Google Play Billing (auto-renewal)
• External verified payments

The app automatically checks license validity when internet is available.

2.5. Cancellations and Refunds

Google Play purchases are subject to their own refund policies.
